Frequently asked questions
The game
It’s where escape game, immersive theatre and role-playing meet. Players are plunged into a completely different world through sets, lighting and sound design, costumes and a live actor. It’s a game because there are rules and an objective to win (solo or as a team). And it’s immersive because participants handle props, move through the space to carry out missions and step into a role that isn’t their own.
A session runs roughly 2 hours: about 20 minutes of briefing and around 1h30 of play. It can be a bit shorter or a bit longer: we don’t watch the clock, so your choices in the game shape its pace.
Of course! Only condition: at least 8 players.
It depends on the group size and whether you book a private or public session. Pricing is degressive based on the number of players, starting from €37.50 per player.
Yes, under certain conditions, for any confirmed session (public or private):
You can cancel your session up to 14 days in advance.
You can request a reschedule up to 7 days in advance.
Absolutely. The briefing at the start of the game is there for exactly that. Whether you’re a veteran or have never played Werewolves, it makes no difference to us. We walk you through the classic rules and, more importantly, our own twists. In an immersive setting things don’t play out the way they do at your kitchen table…
Once you’re in the game, stepping out for a break isn’t possible. We won’t hold you against your will of course: if you feel unwell, you can always leave the room.
The game isn’t scary. It can be intense and stir strong emotions, but there’s no horror element. It’s suitable from age 10.
Players
Absolutely. You can book for 1 player or for 12, though the experience isn’t the same. Either come with your own group, or join an open session and meet new people in a welcoming, open-to-all setting. If you book a session that isn’t confirmed yet (less than 8 players), your card won’t be charged. As soon as the quota is reached, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your card will be charged for your booking.
A session needs at least 8 players, with a maximum of 12.
Yes: it’s a game constraint, the 8-player minimum is required. If we’re short 24 hours before kick-off, the session is cancelled and you can re-book another date. Either way, no surprise on the day itself.
It’s on you to find someone to take their seat. No refund or credit can be issued otherwise.
Unfortunately it can’t go ahead. It’s up to you to make sure at least 8 players will be on site. The game is specifically designed and configured for 8 to 12 people. If you show up on the day with 7 players or fewer, we can’t run the session and we can’t issue a refund. As a reminder: any confirmed session (public or private) can be rescheduled up to 7 days in advance and cancelled up to 14 days in advance.
No problem, as long as the 12-player cap hasn’t been reached. You’ll need to make a separate booking for the additional player.
Yes, accessible from age 10, with an adult accompanying them throughout the session.
